Stefan Pfannmöller ist Geschäftsführer und Gründungspartner von venture Stars. Das in München ansässige Unternehmen entwickelt Geschäftsmodelle für eCommerce und digitale Medien. Während seiner Tätigkeit bei Venture Stars unterstützte und entwickelte er: MIFLORA (Online-Floristen), Vaola (Sport-Marktplatz) und ePetWorld (Online-Zoomärkte). Er schuf mehr als 250 Arbeitsplätze und erzielte 2013 einen Gesamtgewinn auf Jahresbasis von 60 Mio. EUR. Darüber hinaus ist Stefan Olympionike und gewann bei den Olympischen Spielen in Athen 2004 eine Medaille im Kanu-Slalom.
