Nahezu 16 Jahre später ist bol.com der größte Online-Shop in den Niederlanden und Belgien und Marktführer im Online-Verkauf von Büchern, Unterhaltungselektronikartikeln und Spielzeug mit mehr als 5 Millionen aktiven Kunden. Feike Groen begann 2006 als IT Development Manager bei bol.com und baute die IT-Abteilung erfolgreich in eine effiziente Gruppe aus erfolgsorientierten Teams um. Bevor er 2006 zu bol.com kam, arbeitete Feike bereits seit mehr als 10 Jahren als praxisorientierter, agiler Projektmanager in der IT-Branche und war bestrebt, Geschäft und IT zusammenzuführen. Dies ist auch der Schwerpunkt seiner aktuellen Aufgabe als IT Director Architecture & Shopping Experience und der kurz- und langfristige Schlüssel zu erfolgreicher Innovation.
